How to Use Essential Oils in Therapy :
1. JOINING MIND & BODY BY SCENT TO BETTER PREPARE PATIENTS FOR THERAPY 
Add a few drops of essential oil into a toonie size amount of carrier oil. Rub together in your hands . Cup your hands in front of your patient’s nose.  Ask them to take 3 deep breaths through their nose. 

2. AMPING UP A FULL BODY MASSAGE 
Many essential oils have been used in holistic medicine for centuries due to their inherent properties.  Add 10-12 drops to 1/4 cup/60 ml of any Poya Gel, Lotion or Massage oil to a create custom massage formula based on you patient’s needs.
