All orders are shipped via Canada Post from Toronto, ON in Canada.
Some packages/orders are tracked and some are not (depends on the item).
Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout according to your items and your location. Tracked orders will come with a tracking number!
Currently, we are only shipping to Canada and USA.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of processing time and the estimated standard shipping times are (normally) as follows:

United States : 5-18 business days

Due to the nasty COVID-19 pandemic, there is no guarantee on any delivery times.
Unfortunately, there may be delays as postal services are very busy right now - but we promise, we want you to get your order as fast as possible and we are doing everything that we can! :)
If a merchandise is out of stock (backordered), then you will be notified via Email.

returns & exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently not accepting refunds or exchanges. However, please let us know if you have any problems with the order and we will try to figure out a solution with you! We want you to be happy with your order :)
All handmade items and earrings are not returnable if it's not seller's fault.
